By accessing delyan.net or using the Delyan product, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

The product

Delyan licenses its firewall configuration analysis software to customers under per-deployment commercial agreements. Those agreements govern license scope, support terms, and pricing. This page does not constitute that agreement; nothing on the public website is a binding commercial offer.

Acceptable use

• Use delyan.net and any Delyan account only for lawful purposes.
• Don't attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or compromise the service.
• Don't share your account credentials.
• Don't use Delyan to evaluate firewall configurations you don't have authorization to review.

Intellectual property

Delyan and the wolf-and-shield mark are trademarks of Delyan. The software is licensed, not sold. The deterministic engine, analysis rules, compliance mappings, and embedded Dely advisor are proprietary to Delyan.

Disclaimers

Delyan provides configuration intelligence to assist your security operations. It does not replace your security operators, your auditors, or your internal review process. All security verdicts, remediation decisions, and policy changes remain the customer's responsibility.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Disputes will be resolved through the competent courts of Riyadh unless otherwise specified in a signed commercial agreement.
