Inside the Delyan product

Delyan's firewall configuration analysis runs entirely on the customer's server. Your firewall configurations, analysis results, and reports never leave your environment. There is no telemetry, no anonymous usage reporting, and no cloud backup. License validation traffic (when enabled) is limited to license-key verification metadata and contains no configuration data.

On the delyan.net website

When you interact with delyan.net we collect only what we need to operate the site and to follow up with you when you request a pilot or send a contact form:

• Account data — name, email, organization, and password (hashed) when you create an account
• Contact submissions — the contents of the contact form, used solely to reply to your inquiry
• Operational logs — IP address, browser user-agent, and timestamps on authentication and sensitive account events, retained for security audit purposes
• Cookies — strictly-necessary cookies for authentication session state; no third-party advertising trackers

What we do not do

• We do not sell or rent personal data to third parties.
• We do not run third-party advertising trackers on delyan.net.
• We do not collect firewall configurations or analysis results from the product through the website.
• We do not transmit customer configurations off the customer's environment under any circumstances.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account data by emailing info@delyan.net. We respond within five business days.

Updates to this policy

We'll post material changes to this page with a visible “updated” date. Continued use after a posted update means you accept the revised terms.
